TW Trade Hub provides an online directory and contact service connecting residents in the TW postcode area with local tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, builders, handymen, etc.). We do not employ or vet these tradespeople—we merely supply their contact details and user-provided ratings.

3.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

• Post or transmit any harmful, fraudulent or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Site.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You confirm that any information you provide (e.g. postcode entry, form submissions) is accurate and up-to-date.
